1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the website torqentora.com and all related digital services. "User" is any natural or legal person who accesses the Platform. "Torqentora" or "we" refers to Torqentora d.o.o., Ulica grada Vukovara 271, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 85467219304.

2. Use of the Platform

The Platform serves exclusively for informational purposes about real estate crowdfunding in Croatia. Content published on the Platform does not constitute investment advice, financial recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell securities. Users are obliged to independently assess all risks associated with real estate investment.

• The User undertakes to use the Platform in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia and these Terms.
• It is prohibited to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, for the distribution of harmful software, or for any activities that may cause damage to the Platform or its users.
• Torqentora reserves the right to deny access to the Platform to any user who violates these Terms.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, audio and video recordings, software, and design, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to Torqentora or its licensors. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. For all disputes that may arise from the use of the Platform, the competent court in Zagreb, Republic of Croatia, shall have jurisdiction.
